高三一模之后如何快速调整心态
1.首先要明确考试的目的
 
考试的目的是为了查缺补漏,发现不足,然后进行针对性地学习和提高。如果我们把考试定位为暴露自己学习中的问题的机会,针对性的进行学习,那么以后知识掌握得就会越来越好,在以后的考试中遇到问题的机率相对越来越少。所以我们应该以愉悦和快乐的心情来对待平时考试中出现的问题,并以切实的行动将其弥补之。
 
2.不要只看结果
 
做什么事不要总是考虑会不会成功,而要考虑怎样才能成功。在任何事情之前我们都不知道结果会怎样,我们所能做的只有尽自己最大的努力去学习,注重过程而不对结果过分地计较,平静从容;同时告诉自己:我一定能学好。然后以自己最大的努力去学习,那么学习效率的提高以及成功也就会紧随而来。
 
3.付出足够的努力
 
注意力涣散、浮躁、孤独等问题的出现,在很大程度上是在学习的心态和行动上“狠劲”不足,也就是没有发疯的学习心理和劲头。
